崗位職責(zé)
1,負(fù)責(zé)整個(gè)服務(wù)部門(mén)的日常運(yùn)作和控制
2,負(fù)責(zé)客戶服務(wù)的投訴和解決問(wèn)題
3,改善服務(wù)交付周期和維修質(zhì)量,降低客戶投訴
4,帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊(duì)完成但年度的營(yíng)業(yè)額目標(biāo)和獲得良好的客戶滿意度
5. 計(jì)劃并完成服務(wù)站建立,并得到維修資格認(rèn)定
6. 管理團(tuán)隊(duì)成員的績(jī)效,提高團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神和工作效率
7. 與其他部門(mén)合作并提供的良好的客戶支持
8. 計(jì)劃及管理客戶服務(wù)維護(hù)合同
9. 加強(qiáng)與關(guān)鍵客戶的關(guān)系還包括CMA(上海)服務(wù)及關(guān)系
10.負(fù)責(zé)安排客戶回訪,研討會(huì)等活動(dòng)
11.完善的售后服務(wù)庫(kù)存管理
12.聯(lián)絡(luò)及協(xié)調(diào)總部TAG/ TIS有關(guān)服務(wù)問(wèn)題
13.反饋(內(nèi)部)不同投訴到總部并指出相關(guān)的服務(wù)質(zhì)量問(wèn)題
崗位要求
1.本科及以上學(xué)歷;
2.十年以上服務(wù)維修經(jīng)驗(yàn),包括五年以上服務(wù)的管理和帶領(lǐng)一個(gè)大的團(tuán)隊(duì)的經(jīng)驗(yàn), 主要在測(cè)量及儀器領(lǐng)域
3.良好的技術(shù)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn);
4良好的職業(yè)道德和溝通能力;
5.管理技能和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力;;
6.強(qiáng)大的業(yè)務(wù)分析能力和戰(zhàn)略思維能力;
7.優(yōu)秀的書(shū)面和口頭英語(yǔ)能力;
8.能在壓力下工作,并接受經(jīng)常出差;
Responsibilities 崗位職責(zé)
1. Responsible for whole service department daily operation and controlling
2. Responsible for customer service complain and solve problem
3. Improve service lead time and repair quality and decrease customer complaints
4. Lead team to archive service turnover target and good service satisfication
5. Help service station set up and get repair qualification authorization
6. Manager team member performance and improve team spirit and work efficiency
7. Cooperation with other departments to provide customer support
8. Setup and archive service maintenance contract
9. Relation with key customer and CMA(Shanghai) for service
10. Arrange customer visits, service workshop if necessary
11. Improve after-sales stock management
12. Liaison with TAG/TIS about service issue
13. Feedback multiple complaint (internal) to TAG for quality issues based on service
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. Ten years’ above service repairing experiences including five years’ above service management and coach a big team experiences within measuring instrument industry;
3. Good technical management experience in instrument field;
4. Good work ethic and communication skills;
5. Management skills and leadership;;
6. Strong business analytical skills and strategic thinking skills;
7. Both written and spoken English skills;
8. Can work under pressure and accept frequent travel;
